How is your delivery method?
If you are in Western Province, the cash-on-delivery method is applicable for you. If you are in an outstation, you are not applicable for the cash-on-delivery method.
Which locations do you ship to?
We ship products to almost all the locations in the country. We use services of some of the leading courier companies in Sri Lanka.
How much you charge for the courier?
Please note that we are not charging for the delivery. We provide free island-wide delivery services for orders above Rs.750.00.
How much time does it take to receive an order?
We aim at delivering the products as fast as we can. We dispatch all orders within 48 working hours of payment, Monday to Friday. It generally takes 3-5 working days to fulfill the delivery after the dispatch. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like bad weather,improper logistics infrastructure etc. the delivery might take longer.
IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW WHILE RETURNING A PRODUCT?
YOU SHOULD RETURN THE PRODUCT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS RECEIVED BY YOU WITH INTACT PRODUCT PACKAGING, LABELS, AND BARCODES. WE WILL BE ABLE TO PROCESS THE REFUND ONCE THE RETURN SHIPMENT IS RECEIVED BY US AND VERIFIED.
HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE REFUND?
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT, WE PROCESS THE REFUND WITHIN 72 WORKING HOURS TIME. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION POST SHIPMENT OR RETURNS, WE PROCESS THE REFUND ONCE THE RETURN IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED. WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND.IF YOU ARE APPROVED, THEN THE REFUND WILL BE INITIATED WITHIN ONE WEEK WORKINGDAYS; TIME FROM RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS BY US, AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BEAPPLIED TO YOUR DEBIT CARD OR ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT, IN ANOTHER 5-7BUSINESS DAYS AS PER BANKS NORM.
How do I know the status of my order?
You can access the latest status of your order through ‘Order History’ tab by logging to your account.
My order has been shipped. How do I track the shipment?
Once the order is shipped, we will send you an email with the online order ID. You can track the status of the order by using order ID in ‘order tracker’.
